Greetings! I'm Dessie, your friendly neighborhood Kitchen Witch. For the past few years, I've immersed myself in the world of herbalism, continually reading and expanding my knowledge about herbs and their optimal uses. Living with multiple food allergies and chronic pain has driven me to explore more natural healing methods, rather than relying on the heavy medication prescribed by my family doctor that came with unpleasant side effects. A pivotal moment for me occurred last year when I developed a seizure disorder, which resulted in a temporary loss of mobility.
